
Chilon Copitas for Mezcal or Tequila
This easy copita recipe is like a vacation in a glass. A bit of the Chilon Unique Blend seasoning next to your copita contrasts with the sweet orange, lime, pineapple, cucumbers, melon, figs, pears, mango, any favorite fruit, and agave, goes a long way to pair your taste

Ingredients
3 | Teaspoon | Chilon Unique Blend |
---|---|---|
3 | Each | Lime wedge, orange wedge or any fruit you like to try to go along your mezcal. (I use mango, pears, cucumbers) |
4 1/2 | Ounces | Mezcal (I use Animal, Noble Coyote "SPADIN" and Maestro tequila) |
1 (Optional) | Ounces | Agave Nectar |
Directions
- Set up your 3 favorite mezcals or tequilas and pour 1 1/2 in each clay copitas
- Pick 3 of your favorite fruits and sprinkle in top Chilon Unique Blend (I usually choose lime, orange, and mango)
- Optional: add agave nectar to your copita rim
- Set your copitas side to side, sip, and Enjoy it!
