We ship to the USA, MEXICO, and Canada ONLY. For Mexico & Canada orders, duties and taxes may apply, and we are not responsible for those fees.
We primarily ship via UPS and USPS. Shipping within the USA is a flat rate of $7.99, which is seriously discounted. It costs us much more. If you order 6 or more items, you will receive 20% off and FREE shipping.
We try our best to ship all orders the same day but sometimes, due to inventory, orders may be delayed. An email with a tracking number will be sent to you when your order has shipped. You can generally expect anywhere from 5 – 7 business days to receive your package.

Do You Ship Internationally?
We ship all over the world. Duties and taxes may apply. The Unexpected Employee is not responsible for these fees. You may email us at orders@theunexpectedemployee.com for special requests but shipping internationally is expensive and we cannot guarantee we will fulfill your request.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
For 1 – 5 products we charge a standard fee of $7.99, which is seriously discounted! It costs us much more to ship. For 6 or more items, when you input the code AMAZING, we offer FREE shipping and 20% off.
How Long Before My Order Ships?
As a rule, we try to ship the same day but that is not always possible. There are rare occasions where we must wait for inventory replenishment, and it will take a couple of extra days to ship your order.
How Long Does the Shipping Take?
Shipping can take anywhere from 2 -5 business days based on the shipping method you chose and product availability.

Our main office is located in Los Angeles.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return results from our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please email orders@theunexpectedemployee.com. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
